This is a robust heavy wire swim jig option that we offer. For the 5/16 size, we use a sturdy 3/0 VMC heavy wire round bend hook, which is .063" thick, surpassing the standard 3/0 swim jig hook at .055" thickness. When it comes to the 3/8oz version, we equip it with a 4/0 Mustad Sickle style hook that measures .068" in thickness, aiding in keeping the bass secure when extracting it from dense vegetation. The usual 4/0 swim jig hook thickness is .059". Moving on to the 1/2oz variant, we utilize a 5/0 Mustad Sickle style hook as well, with a .072" thickness, above the standard 5/0 swim jig hook at .062". Our swim jigs are meticulously hand-tied, offering a selection of skirt colors and Boss weed guards, ensuring they maneuver through cover with ease.
